Who wouldn’t be enticed by a summer camp like this?

The Rocky Mountain camp to which Cappella Birdson found herself headed sounded
cool.  Crisp
mountain air.  Engaging outdoor activities.  Advanced video game design
training from extreme gamers.

Yes, it promised to be a great experience.

Even Oprah Winfrey endorsed the place. She had interviewed the headmaster Mr.
Hackamore and his prodigal stepson Googie a few years back.

At that time, Googie was 10-years-old and had created a video game that became wildly
popular and made millions upon millions of dollars. Mr. Hackamore and Googie used
their new wealth to start Camp Googie, an elite training ground for computer prodigies.

But for Cappella and the high-spirited
teenage campers she bonds with – Stuart, Dearest
and Rooberton – early confrontations with gritty camp counselors Max and Worm lead to
one mishap after another and to deeper and deeper trouble.

Life and death trouble.

Cappella must match wits with unseen forces in order to stay alive and liberate the entire
camp from evil.
